Instructions on how to request the deletion of your data from our systems, including data collected via Meta (Facebook) integrated applications.
How to Request Deletion
At Sync2Web, we respect your privacy and your right to control your personal data. If you wish to delete your account or any personal data associated with our applications (including data obtained through Facebook/Meta Login), please follow these simple steps:
- Send an email to official@sync2web.com.
- Use the subject line: "Data Deletion Request".
- In the body of the email, please provide your name and the email address or account identifiers associated with the data you wish to have removed.
What Happens Next?
Once we receive your request, our team follows a strict compliance validation workflow:
- Acknowledgment: We will acknowledge receipt of your request within 48 hours.
- Verification: We will verify your identity to ensure the absolute security of your account and data.
- Processing: We will process the deletion of your personal data from our active databases and servers within 30 days.
- Confirmation: You will receive a formal confirmation email once the deletion process is complete.
Facebook/Meta Data Deletion
If you have used our app via Facebook Login and wish to remove our application's access to your data, you can also manage this directly inside your Facebook profile dashboard:
- Go to your Facebook Profile's Settings & Privacy > Settings.
- Look for Apps and Websites.
- Find our application and click Remove.
⚠️ Important Note:
Removing the app directly from your Facebook dashboard does not automatically delete the data already stored securely in our databases. Please email us at official@sync2web.com as described above to ensure a full and complete database clearance.
